What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each charter offers a trained crew, security gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Included amenities differ by package — for example, sunset trips feature select beverages and light bites, whereas business charters provide meeting spaces and specialized corporate dining choices.
When is the best time to reserve?
For an optimal experience, we suggest securing your booking 2–3 weeks before your intended date, especially within the high season, which is May through September. For business gatherings or private functions, reserving your spot 4–6 weeks in advance is advised to ensure availability and to provide time for personalization.
What measures are taken if the weather is unfavorable?
Our primary concern is safety. Should our captain determine the weather conditions to be dangerous, we will propose to either reschedule your booking to a more suitable date or issue a complete reimbursement. Weather forecasts are monitored meticulously, and should any concerns arise, we will reach out to you at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
May I supply my own food and refreshments?
Certainly, guests may bring their own food and refreshments. We also provide premium catering services tailored to your tastes. Note that for security reasons, glass containers are strictly prohibited on the vessel.

It is recommended that you get in touch with our team when making your reservation to address any particular requirements, and we will guide you towards the most appropriate yacht and organize any specific arrangements.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
A cancellation notice given with more than 72 hours before departure qualifies for a full refund. If the notice is provided between 24 and 72 hours prior to the booking, there is a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refundable, except in cases of inclement weather or mechanical complications on our end.
