3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Steps

To reserve a charter, it is required that you:

  • Be no less than 18 years old
  • Supply truthful and full details
  • Cover the necessary deposit as noted in your reservation confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is deemed confirmed solely after the payment is received and we have sent written confirmation. We retain the prerogative to decline service to anyone at our own judgement.

3.3 Charter Availability

All charters hinge on vessel availability and appropriate weather conditions. We'll endeavor to accommodate your chosen dates and timings.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Costing

All fees are presented in € and incorporate applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. Prices may be subject to modifications without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Timeline

  • Deposit: 50% of the complete charter price is due upon booking
  • Balance: Payable 48 hours prior to charter departure
  • Incidental expenses (if any): Payable upon charter completion

4.3 Methods of Payment

We take major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. Payment processing is conducted using secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Client Cancellations

  • With more than 72 hours before departure: Entire refund minus transaction fees
  • Between 24 and 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund shall be issued

5.2 Cancellations due to Weather Conditions

If unsafe weather conditions are determined by our captain, we will propose:

  • Reassigning your charter to a later date at no extra fee
  • Issuing a full refund if rescheduling proves impossible

5.3 Issues with Vessel Functionality

In the instance of mechanical failure pertaining to your designated vessel, we will try to supply an acceptable substitute. If such a substitute is not available, a complete refund will be given.

6. Safety and Behavior

6.1 Safety Protocols

All patrons must:

  • Adhere to all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize provided safety gear as instructed
  • Disclose any health conditions that may influence their safety
  • Stay within the designated zones on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Articles

The next items are forbidden onboard:

  • Glass bottles
  • Illegal drugs
  • Guns or other weapons
  • Excessive non-alcoholic drinks (beyond reasonable consumption)
  • Animals (unless given prior allowance)

6.3 Behavior Standards

Patrons are expected to behave in a manner that is considerate to others. A charter may be concluded prematurely without a refund if a passenger's conduct endangers safety or disturbs others.

7. Limitation of Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

Our liability is confined to the payment you made for the charter. We are not liable for:

  • Personal injuries due to passenger carelessness
  • Theft or destruction of personal items
  • Indirect or subsequent losses, or punitive damages
  • Delays stemming from the weather or situations beyond our control

7.2 Coverage Scope

We maintain inclusive marine insurance that covers our vessels and procedures. Passengers are accountable for their individual travel and private insurance.

7.3 Acceptance of Hazards

In participating in our charter services, you accept that maritime undertakings come with intrinsic dangers and that you agree to be accountable for your personal safety.

8. Changes in Itinerary

Itineraries, paths, or timetables may be changed based on weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements. We will make all efforts to supply equivalent alternative experiences.

9. Uncontrollable Circumstances

Delays, cancellations, or modifications due to events not within our control, including but not confined to:

  • Intense weather circumstances
  • Natural calamities
  • Laws and regulations from the government
  • Closure of harbors
  • Machine breakdowns
